Refund Policy

Please contact the farm about a blemished item, missing item, or something else that seems out of the norm. We never want you to pay for something that is not top quality. And it is important for us to know all the details in order to prevent whatever situation occurred from happening again.

CSA Cancellation policy
CSA shareholders are considered active farm partners. Elmwood Stock Farm has a predetermined number of shares available, and not all community members who want a share are able to sign up. When you reserve a CSA Farm Share at the beginning of the season, you are committing to being a partner with the farm for the entire season. We cannot accommodate shareholder account cancellations; however, you may transfer your CSA Farm Share account to someone else.

This CSA partnership sustains our farm and employees, other shareholders, and the community at large. Please contact the farm with questions about transferring your CSA Farm Share account to another member.
